At the "two sessions" held in March this year, Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in his government work report that enterprises should be encouraged to carry out personalized customization and flexible production, cultivate the craftsman spirit of excellence, increase varieties, improve quality and create brands. "Craftsman spirit" appeared in the government work report for the first time, which was refreshing.
Why did the prime minister mention craftsmanship? Because this is the weakness and gap of China's manufacturing industry. The ball point pen invented in 1895 is still unable to produce "balls" in China and has to rely on imports. The reason is thought-provoking. Why do you need craftsmanship? Enterprises with a global life span of more than 200 years mostly exist in Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, France and other countries, and the shadow of craftsmanship can be clearly seen in them.

Therefore, domestic tricycle enterprises must tap their core competitiveness and strive to shape the "craftsman spirit" to effectively promote the qualitative leap of the whole industry. First, we should overcome the pain of interests. To build a long-term foundation, we should consider the long term, give up short-term interests and obtain stable and sustainable long-term interests. This is a barrier that must be broken through for many tricycle enterprise bosses.
The second is to overcome the pain of habit. For many bosses who wander between the market and customers, it is not only a problem of concept, but also a problem of habit. The boss needs to calm down and lead the people in the enterprise to study production, management and innovation. We should return from the natural and elegant golf course to the boring and monotonous factory workshop.
The third is to prepare for the pain of change. Reform and innovation will inevitably encounter many difficulties, and even affect the immediate performance of enterprises. Only with firm faith and perseverance can we achieve our goals and complete transformation and upgrading.
"Made in China 2025" has drawn a blueprint for the future development of made in China. The transformation of tricycle industry from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing" is the general trend. In this process, who can establish the pre emptive advantage, who can let consumers enjoy the most extreme product experience, who can stand out from the fierce market competition and become a benchmark.
